At Eager2Elite, we bring over 30 years of experience in endurance sports, fitness training, and human performance to help athletes of all levels achieve their goals. Our expertise spans international competition, personalised coaching, and a deep understanding of how to train smart, stay injury-free, and perform at your best.
We’re more than just a coaching service - we’re a community. At Eager2Elite, we believe training should be fun, supportive, and empowering. PERSONALISED TRAINING PROGRAM
Your training program is built specifically for you, using a detailed questionnaire, a one-on-one consultation and optional testing. We set clear paces based on your fitness and continually adjust your plan as you progress, so every session has purpose and direction - whether you're training for a 5 km, an ultra or an Ironman.
ONE-ON-ONE SUPPORT & FEEDBACK
Before you begin, we meet to understand your goals and lifestyle. Throughout your program, we provide regular feedback, monitor your progress and fatigue, and offer video check-ins to refine technique and keep you motivated. You’re never training alone - you always have direct support from the team.
TRAINING DELIVERED TO YOUR DEVICES
All sessions are delivered through TrainingPeaks with clear instructions on your phone or watch. TrainingPeaks Premium is included as part of the monthly fees. Your device syncs automatically and messaging is built in so we can stay connected after each workout. Your training is simple, structured and always up to date.
PRICING, MEMBER BENEFITS, & GETTING STARTED
Running coaching is $120/month and triathlon coaching is $130/month, both with no lock-in contracts. Members gain access to coach-led sessions, drill videos, nutrition guidance, community support and technique assessments. Getting started is easy -complete the questionnaire, join TrainingPeaks, sync your device and once we have met up your personalised program will appear so you can get started.

The Rise & Run Southside Session
Every Tuesday 6-7am @
The M Dome, Fadden
Start strong with a fun, effective 6am workout. Some days on the oval, other days among the beautiful pines - always interval-based and suitable for all paces. Expert coaching, clear guidance, and a supportive crew that shows up rain or shine (well… except hail and lightning!). No two sessions are the same. No one runs alone. Come for the workout, stay for the community.
The Coach G Session
Every Wednesday 6-7am @
The Walt & Burley, Kingston
Ready to Level Up? Looking for a workout that challenges you, builds strength, and gets you race-ready? This is it! After a dynamic warm-up, Coach G delivers km reps, fartlek fun, and progressive sets to sharpen speed and smash PBs. Push yourself. Train smart. Race strong. This is the session that makes the difference.
The E2E Track Session
Every Wednesday 5:45-7pm @ The AIS, Bruce
Join us for motivating, coach-led workouts at Canberra’s world-class AIS track. Fun, supportive, and perfect for juniors and adults alike. The Parliament Session
Every Thursday 6-7am @
Old Parliament House
Join us each week for a coach-led interval session at Canberra’s iconic Parliament House. Expect hills, loops, reps, and creative themes designed to challenge and build strength.
